Very well constructed out of real wood; heavy duty

I thought the assembly was pretty easy but when they get to a few steps that say two persons; they are not kidding. The hardware that holds the lid open was wrong as no matter how we mounted the lid was still up a little. I called the 800 number and they had replacements in the mail the same day. I enjoy working with people that know the meaning of customer satisfaction.
