So after her persistence we agreed. It was a great idea! We didn't realize what a difference it made! And, our daughter has become quite the baker! She uses it at least once a week to make cookies, bread dough and pastries etc…Works very well for hard butter and thorough mixing. Can't wait to try out other attachments. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is my second one the first one lasted me 15yrs and was saddened when the gear striped and could barely make whipped cream. I use it almost daily it's so versatile so many ways to use it and make everyday cooking/baking so much simpler. I hope this new one will last another 15yrs. Definitely worth the cost!
