Learning Organisation and Sustainable Competitive Advantage (Paperback)

Learning is at the heart of success and sustainability in the knowledge-based economy. The learning culture of five universities is reviewed in order to determine how effective these institutions support and favour their employees' learning in order to become learning organisations. The research concludes that universities are not learning organisations as such because learning is moderately supported. The research also concludes that learning organisation has an impact on sustainable competitive advantage.
