Twiins Bluetooth Motorcycle Helmet headset

This Bluetooth headset was easy to pair with my phone. I was impressed with how loud the speaker is. This is very important for use with the motorcycle to hear calls and driving directions above the wind and road noise. This is much louder than headsets not designed for motorcycle use. Highly recommended!

Twiins Motorcycle Helmet Headset

This is going to work out amazingly well for me while I'm riding my motorcycle. Up until now I could never hear my cell phone ring or feel it vibrate even though I kept it in my shirt pocket while riding. Because of that I usually stopped several times on a ride to check my phone and if I had received any calls I was able to call the person back, especially if they left a voice message. Now though with the Twiins I can hear my phone ring even when I'm riding and am able to answer it with a simple voice command and talk without having to pull over somewhere and call back. It also has a noise reduction system that practically eliminates wind and other types of noise so talking on the phone is easy without even having to stop riding and I can keep my eyes on the road at the same time. The quick start guide that came with the unit is pictorial only without any written explanations but it is fairly easy to understand and follow regardless of whether you speak English, Spanish, French, etc. For more thorough instructions the quick start guide has a link to YouTube videos that demonstrate all of the functions and how to use them along with written (in English) instructions at the bottom of each video. The unit is easy to pair with your cell phone and it also has Blue Tooth making it possible to play music through the speaker while you are riding and if your phone rings the music will turn off and you can answer your phone with the music turning back on when your phone call is finished. The unit is cordless and rechargeable so there are no cables that you need to worry about while it is attached inside your helmet. The unit that I have is an HF1, which is the entry level model and only has one speaker. Twiins also has a model HF2 which has two speakers for those who like to listen to music in stereo while they're riding and they have an upper level HF3 model which has two speakers plus an intercom function. The HF3 model will pair with an HF1 or HF2 model which will allow you and a passenger to talk back and forth while you are riding. The HF1 unit that I have is well built and should last a long time without any problems. I'm glad that I found something like this and it is going to come in really handy while I'm out riding and don't want to miss any phone calls.

Inexpensive and easy to install

This is probably best suited to use with your phone. Battery life may be a little short to use for continuous play like music. Sound quality is fine for voice but tinny for music. It has a large speaker so volume is good. Pairing was easy. I found the manual to be confusing so I just winged it and all worked out. You can always google the setup if you have an issue . I gave it 4 stars because of confusing manual , sound quality and shorter than anticipated battery life. The dual speaker model might be better for music but this does get the job done
