Makes the best chocolate chip cookies

One my absolute favorites to use in my famous chocolate chips cookies. I chop up several bars of and use it as my chocolate chips. If you haven't made the switch to using these bars I recommend you try it. You won't go back to regular chocolate chips.

This Ghirardelli semi-sweet baking bar is one of my go-tos for desserts! The flavor is rich and perfectly balanced—not too bitter but not overly sweet. It melts smoothly, which makes it ideal for brownies, ganache, or chocolate-dipped strawberries. The texture is creamy once melted and the quality is noticeably better than standard baking chocolate. The packaging is also easy to open and reseal if you don't use the whole bar at once. You can really taste the premium quality in every bite!
