Second One!!
Absence of shade around the pool problem was solved by this pergola. No one should be sitting in the sun too long but the grandkids want to spend lots of time at the pool so the supervising adults now have shade. This is our second one so we can accommodate more chaises. The shade itself is very effective. Easy to manage.

Wow! Fantastic service and great product. The Monterey came in six boxes to my door. Well packed and every part as described. The instructions easy to understand with dimensions and pics that show each step. I broke a couple trim pieces trying to put it together myself. Even though I didn't buy directly from NEArbors, they found my order and gave me a great deal on the replacement parts! I would buy again but I would pay for professional installation next time.

First of all it tells you nowhere in the description that all the lumber is required for this. Secondly, they didn't ship the canopy. Third, the canopy blow off. Will not stay on. Which is dangerous and extremely hard to keep putting back up. Terrible, terrible design. So cheap. Better off paying for a pergola built from scratch by a company that knows what they're doing
