very nice mat
I bought this mat about a month ago, it flexes when rolling on the chair, it does get indentations when sitting in one place for a period of time, but if chair is re-positioned the dimples come back out, I would buy again if I need another chair mat to be used on a thick carpet.

I purchased the ES Robbins - Executive AnchorBar Chairmat w/Lip, Plush Pile - 45 x 53" because of prior experience with their products. The mat is very durable and comes with a lifetime warranty, hense lasting a lifetime. I had one that was several years old and ES Robers shipped me a new mat at no charge. Doesn't get any better than that!

I purchased 2 of these mats to replace some that were at least 10 years old and were cracked and falling apart. I tried the less expensive thinner versions and determined that they were just too thin and flimsy to do the job. These are considerably more expensive but also sturdy enough to handle what I need them to do. I only hope they will stand the test of time as well.
