Vertical smokers are ideal for capturing maximum smoke flavor, so we've included 6 height-adjustable cooking grates, with a total of 1,890 square inches of cooking space, to accommodate different sizes and types of food. The pre-installed door seal helps retain heat and minimizes smoke loss for improved cooking efficiency. Since indirect heat is ideal for slow cooking (and infusing smoke flavor), the functionality of this smoker is designed to keep direct heat away from the food, which helps to prevent food on the bottom racks from cooking too fast. This vertical charcoal smoker is warranted against broken or damaged parts at the time of purchase. All other parts carry a one (1) year limited warranty except the charcoal chamber, which is warranted to be free of defects for 90 days. Paint is warranted to be free of defects for 90 days except for rust, which may appear after repeated use. This warranty does not cover damage or issues related to neglect, abuse or modifications to the appliance. Repair labor is not covered. All parts that meet the warranty requirements will be shipped at no charge via the discretion of GHP Group Inc. (ground shipments, US Mail or Parcel Post ONLY). Any special handling charges (i.e. Second Day, Overnight, etc.) will be the responsibility of the consumer. All warranty claims apply only to the original purchaser and require a proof of purchase verifying purchase date. Do not return parts to GHP address without first obtaining a return authorization number from our customer service.

Love this thing. Used it four times now.
Right out of the box I added extra heat sealant to the door, where the two boxes combine, and where the smoke stack is. Also I added a can to the smoke stack on the inside to help keep the smoke in. I saw people doing it on YouTube and seemed like a good idea. I also added a frame to the bottom and added wheels. Very happy with this smoker.

My new Dyna-Glow wide body smoker
Read several reviews before making the purchase. Received the product in three days. Was packaged very well. No problem with dents or scratches. I sealed the fire box, the firebox, door, thermometer and smoke stack with self sticking seal used on the Green Egg. One small role was just enough. Have not cooked on this yet but did season the smoker. Filled firebox about 1/3 full with lump coal and a couple chunks of cherry wood. Maintained 240 degrees for 1 1/2 hours with no problem. Plenty of smoke. Hope to smoke on it this week.

Great Smoker
I originally purchased the smaller version because this one was out of stock. Immediately after I had received it and had my first smoke session the larger version became available. I was so impressed with the smaller version that I had to order this one and gave the smaller on to my brother. For my first cook out I smoked a brisket and eight slab of ribs for an anniversary party. Wow, what a great smoker. I do recommend sealing the smoker door and placing sealant between the box and main body during assembly.
