Wide grooves reduce hydroplaning by forcing water away from the tread, and the optimized tread blocks of Ecsta STX KL 12 reduces road noise for a quiet and comfortable ride. A large contact patch puts more rubber on the road to improve steering response, and the Ecsta STX KL12 also utilizes a low sidewall that protects the tire from curb and wheel damage.
