I haven't really used it a lot yet but I can say I bought it because of all the features (cup holders, charging ports, fold down center head rest, reclining seats, adjustable head rest). And it's firm just like I like it- not too hard not too soft. It looks small in the space it's in but feels big when you sit in it. Two thumbs up
