I received my Basel bootie in a timely manner. It's a really nice quality boot. The insole of the boot has a nice thin cushion which provides comfort and support. The leopard pattern looks great with my jeans. I purchased my usual size 9M. Initially, the width of the boot felt a bit snug. I wore the boots around my house, on the carpet and after 10 minutes or so, I forgot about the snug feeling. I'm hopeful that with some use the width will stretch out a little bit. The color is elegant (I ordered light purple and was afraid how they would look like in daylight, but they are very nice and more of an elegant dark purple to my opinion). Those shoes are comfortable and fit right to size (I have a narrow foot, maybe people with wider feet should be careful). I was afraid they would be stiff at first and would require some time to break them a little but no! I could wear them all day long and walk 2 miles without any pain. They look awesome with a pair of jeans or with a skirt/dress. I hope I can wear them for years!
