Q: How long will my solar pump last?

A: Solar pumps can last anywhere between 2-3 years. How long it will actually last is dependent on many factors. The key factor is how well the pump is taken care of. If the pump is regularly cleaned and used properly the pump can last up to 4 years.

Q: How do I clean my fountain pump?

A: Pull out the pump from the bottom of solar fountain. Be careful not to break the wire during the operation. You will find a filtration box with a filter cotton on the pump. Take out filter cotton, clean both filtration box and filter cotton. Finally, Put all stuff back together and place fountain back. That is all.

Q: Why is the height of water flow low?

A: Check if the pump is clogged by dirt in the water. The height of the water flow reaches its maximum only under strong direct sunlight.
