Sturdy and Beautiful
After applying two coats of clear stain, I assembled the frame and bench quickly. It is much better looking out of the box and assembled than shown in the picture, though the picture is accurate. It would have helped to know the actual bench width before ordering a cushion, should you want one, so here is the size to cover the whole seat: 53" wide by 19"-21" deep, depending on how far over the front you want to cover. The front bar curves down from the rest of the seat bars. I have a 44" cushion and it is just fine for me.

Awesome swing
I'm very happy with this purchase. This swing seems to be strong and well made. I'm waiting to see how it hold up to the weather in Missouri but I have high hopes. It says it's a two person swing but it it's big enough to hold an adult and two children.

beautiful swing
I received the swing in two boxes on two days, but it was delivered in a timely manner. My husband put it together with no difficulties other than one the receiver in one slat being loose. We used wood glue to glue it and the bolt attached the next day with a little assistance from a hammer. Overall, assembly wasn't difficult and there weren't any pieces missing. I plan to waterproof it to extend it's life in the sun.
