Just what in neeed. My vest did the trick.

This was a little snug but this is what I needed. It held me in and I was able to get a sweat in as I worked out. I highly recommend this product

Zipper was defective. Arm holes should be larger so no friction when exercising. Material is nice but overall, item needs modification. I did buy another one in black and the zipper was not defective. Still would be better if arm holes were larger. Would give it 4.5 bc the black one works fine. Recommend getting 1 size larger so fits more comfortably.
