I added the recommended fiber to a small glass of water. After stirring for about 30 seconds the powder dissolves completely. See picture below. The fiber was tasteless and easy to drink in the water with no residue or flavor. It is a great way to add some fiber to the diet. Love this product! Compare to other brands this one is better! I am receiving this for a free sample to try. I took my time trying it to be sure it really does what it says and it does. Love it! It is none thickening like others are. It is not gritty and it has no taste. I put mine in my water and stir it up and drink it right up. I take it with me after mid morning and drink it in the car. I was not aware of this Benefiber before testing it. Healthy shape is my favorite now. I sprinkled some on my strawberries and it was good. I find it curbs my hunger when I used this. Like I said I gave it some time to use and find out how well it works. I recommend it to everyone 12 and above. Easy to use I used one tablespoon rounded with 8 ounces of water. It took less then 20 seconds to dissolve. Last night I added a spoonful to my Spegetti sauce and it didn't change the flavor at all. Only twice daily I used this product.
