The parking bracket holding the handheld unit has very little adjustment...

The brakes adjustment is from a straight up position shooting straight out down about 20 degrees will not angle down. Having a shower design with no door, the spray guess all the way to the back wall and the ricochet wets the entire floor outside the shower, Having an adjustment of up to 45 degrees would solve this problem. Simple, right?

Broken Hand Shower Mount

Well I am finally working on this after quite some time. Within a couple weeks of install the mount for the hand shower has broken. Just as others have mentioned. The handheld barely pivots the 45 degrees stated and makes no sense why it is not adjustable. Even at 45 degrees the handheld cannot be used while on its mount because it does not swivel down enough to shower correctly. It is not a good design at all. I purchased from Ferguson and am assuming no one is going to help replace this broken piece as it appears that Delta does not sell parts. I will check with both Ferguson and Delta today but I am not expecting any positive results. We shall see. Here is a pic of what I have to look at everyday after a beautiful bathroom remodel.

OK but not very functional

We recently installed this hand held shower and are replacing it. The spray is mostly horizontal and sprays in the face on on the body but not downward to wash hair. Splatters all over when set on the general spray function.

Hi CarolBB, I'm sorry for any issue with your Delta hand shower! The slide mount can swivel forward or back to change the angle of the spray, but it is primarily designed to be use as a hand held. Best regards, Jon
