    Poor customer service

    My issue is not with the product but with the customer service from Walmart.com and Bed, Bath and Beyond. It's been over a week since I contacted both sites to report that I need to return these items. Both companies keep bouncing me back and forth without a resolution to my request. They keep telling me it will be resolved in two days. Well, it's been about 10 days since I received the items and reported my need to return them. I find this disrespectful.
