Sharp blades make cutting a breeze

I like these Fiskars for their accuracy when snipping and clipping. When I line up the sharp point of the snips they will cut exactly to that point. These snips have no problem cutting through eight layers of cotton. I have been a fan of Fiskars and these do not dissappoint. The spring action makes them comfortable to use when doing repetitive short snipping. The handles feel good in my hand and offer a non slip grip. I especially like that they have a safety slide at the top so they can be locked in closed position when not in use. The bottom of the snips glide along any flat surface and reduce fabric lift. I use a longer blade scissor for making long cuts, but these are a useful and a welcome addition to my sewing box. The stainless steel blades make very clean cuts.

Fiskars makes quality tools

These are awesome. They snipped effortlessly through 6 layers of flannel. I'm sure they could have snipped through several more layers easily. No hand strain, pain or fatigue. Highly recommended!

An absolute Godsend if you have a weak wrist

I broke my wrist 4 weeks ago. It is absolute agony to try and cut with a pair of normal dressmaker shears. I was really skeptical these would be much better but they are AMAZING!. So little effort to make a cut, and you can push them through many fabrics they are so sharp. An absolute dream of a cutter. I have always loved Fiskars and this is just another reason to keep doing so. AND there is a lifetime warranty on them.
