Love the collar itself, but dummy me bought it too big for my 11 lb Baby Girl. So instead of sending it back I just gave it to my sister-n-law, so now she has one for some of the dogs whose hair she cuts that needs to go outside to potty when some of the parents forget there's at home. I ordered a medium for my medium size dog and it was way too big. (He's a beagle -29lbs) And if you adjust it the padding under the collar has to bunch up if you make it shorter which I would think is uncomfortable for a dog to have a bulge on there neck like that. Shortened or not tho, it was still too big. Make sure you measure the size of your dog's neck before ordering and be sure the longest length of the size you order is what will fit your dog. However, with that being said it is a very nice collar. Good material, strong fabric. Very well made. The clasp that holds it together is a strong plastic, not loose or flimsy at all. I really do wish it had fit. 🫤
