The kit was delivered to our driveway earlier that expected. We like the quality of the product and attention to detail. We hired someone to put it together and he was impressed with the thorough instructions and accuracy. One of the braces split when being installed. I called for a replacement and had it in a short time. Very helpful and friendly customer service. Our friends are impressed at the quality and price. So are we!

We bought the 16x12 Beaumont Pergola for our back patio area and we are so pleased with the ease of construction and the quality of the lumber and hardware used to construct it. Our order was delivered ahead of the estimated time and the staff delivering it were very accommodating and professional. The pergola is built of super sturdy, heavy materials and will be going no where for a very, very long time. It's perfectly beautiful and adds so much charm and character to our backyard. We now have a cozy place to entertain and just relax. We've recommended this product to many of our friends and family already! We bought this pergola from Backyard Discovery and purchased the assembly package with it. We love it and it was worth every penny to have it put together for us. What took them two hours to put tougher would have taken us days! The guys that did the work were very professional and polite. We even had them come back and put the polycarbonate to on it. Now it's out backyard Oasis!
