THIRD PARTY VENDOR sent INCORRECT ITEM

I did NOT receive the item I ASSUMED I WAS ORDERING). After devoting TOO MUCH TIME, I learned that ORAL B had CHANGED the DESIGN of an excellent, convenient style of DENTAL FLOSS. The NEW and “(NOT-IMPROVED” version is INFERIOR on multiple levels AND in a completely DIFFERENT PACKAGE. Although the DESIRED item was indeed PICTURED on WALMART WEBSITE, your “THIRD PARTY VENDOR” shipped me the Other item, with NO DISCLOSURE or EXPLANATION that ORAL B had made some UNFORTUNATE CHANGES. SORRY, but I cannot provide a positive review.Thank you.

Such a disappointment

They advertise the old style of threader floss and I was so happy that somebody still carry it. Of course, when they sent the new Oral B threader floss I was so disappointed. That is not being honest, advertise on thing and send another thing. When I return the goods to Walmart, the agent was not particularly helpful and informed me that I have to wait for the 3rd party to refund me. Of course, it is not Walmart's fault but unfortunately the customer get hurt during the process. The worst thing is Walmart was so prompt to inform me that I will be refunded half of my purchase. All in all, it is such a problem that caused me. Sadly to tell you, I don't have that problem with Amazon and their refund process is quick, helpful, and easy. Patrick

New version is definitely not better.

Despite the packaging shown, this the the "new" glide threader floss. There are many problems with this version: 1. Packaging- 6 floss wound individually on a single piece of paper. A bit difficult to remove. 2. The threader is a bit flimsy. 3. There are threaders on both sides of the floss. Not sure why this was added, aside from keeping the floss itself from unraveling. 4. The floss itself is uncoated, but fairly loose cotton threads. It cleaned well between the teeth. The con is that the individual threads would shear and get stuck.
