I'm very disappointed that I paid for this item on 3/13 that arrived missing 2 large pieces. It's 4/7 and I still don't have the pieces with no date in sight of receiving them. Totally understandable during this corona virus time. However, missing pieces seems to happen often. Walmart should make sure their partners have a quality system in place to prevent this.

I am a 70 year old woman and was able to assemble by myself. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 starts is because the left hand drawer sticks. It has to do with the track already assembled by manufacturer. I think it is not quite straight, but not worth taking apart and trying to relocate the track. It was well packaged so even with corners of box smashed, it did not receive any damage. Assembly was fairly easy. It had all the parts, although two pieces were miss labeled, I was able to figure out which number they should be from the pictures. You will need a very short handle Phillips screwdriver to get to some of the places it will be needed. Just follow directions and do one step at a time. Once assembled it is very sturdy and feels solid. It looks exactly like the picture. It was the perfect size for the area I had. I am really happy with it. Very pleased with price and the way it looks. Can hold up to 16 glasses. Room for 4 large bottles of wine on top shelf only, but regular bottles fit nice on other 3 shelves. I'm using forth shelf for book rack.
