Moriarty - A Worthy Sequel to The House of Silk

Moriarty by Anthony Horowitz is an engaging “sequel” to his wonderfully crafted predecessor, The House of Silk. While Sherlockian followers may be a bit disappointed with the main characters not being the household partnership of Holmes and Watson, rest assured, you will enjoy the pacing, atmosphere, and overall tone this story creates with the familiar confines of Sherlock's wider world in Victorian England and abroad. An interesting examination of his world builds upon The House of Silk while carving out its own path with new and old characters. 4/5 Stars.
