Best Lights Ever.
These bulbs are AWESOME! They dim beautifully, and have a pleasing off-white glow with just a touch of yellow-redness (I mean just a LITTLE bit of yellow-redness, you can't see yellow-red light, but they're like if you turned the blue down on your computer monitor, the reds would be more prominent; so it's a subtle warmth) which adds a gentle quality to the light, unlike the 5000K daylight bulbs which are blindingly blue, to my eyes. These are perfect household lights. And at only 8W each, they're PERFECT for summertime use, since they generate very little heat. I've replaced all the lights in my house with this bulb and everyone loves them.
