eclipse battery mistake
I had this eclipse robovac for a year when it stopped working. the charging post was okay I called the company couldn't get any help. I cleaned it checked everything tried to find a new battery online without any luck. after I took the battery out and put it back in it started working just fine.

item had to be returned, I had it plugged into it's charging station for 48hr and it wouldn't hold a charge. the seller was a nightmare to deal with. offering me a $35 dollar refund if I kept the vacuum. why would I keep a non working item? I asked for a full refund and seller never sent me the return label. I had to go into the actual Walmart store to return it
