broken pieces and missing parts

I would give it 5 stars but the our order came with broken pieces, parts missing. We talked to a representative at Hayneedle. She said we have to contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer said to go through Hayneedle. Terrible customer service. And we were told we would have to pay to ship it back. Not cool, Hayneedle. This will be our last order through you. Try working on customer service.
