Well worth the $19.00. I wear this over my bathing-suit to and from the pool. Very stylish and comfy! The pattern is beautiful. My suit is black , I can see my suit through this cover up. Its not thin but you will be able to kinda see what you have on underneath if it is a dark color. I would/will buy again
