Awesome external hard drive for my Wii U
I bought this hard drive as was recommended by Nintendo for the Wii U. The hard drive was recognized right away. I chose 2 TB only because that is the maximum the Wii U can manage per external hard drive. Easily adds more space where I usually buy digital content as a preference. It is not slower than booting a game from disc, in fact sometimes I feel like it's a little bit faster. This is a must have, even if you have the 32 GB deluxe Wii U like I have, eventually you will run out of space before you know it. Does not produce excess heat or noise, although do realize it's about 1/3 the size of the Wii U. It sits comfortably on top. Now I never have to worry about space ever again.
