Great quality and design!!

I have purchased three of these toilets and I love the design and their quality. The seat pop off design is wonderful cause it gives me the chance to really do true deep cleanings. I recommend this product and honestly, I've gotten a lot of positive feedback from visitors at my home.

Sorry I bought this toilet.

I really liked the appearance and function of this toilet. It took ordering it three times from the local hardware store to get one that was unbroken - 1st delivery was broken completely off at the base. 2nd delivery had a broken lid. 3rd time's a charm - except that one year and 2 months after its installation, it has suddenly developed a crack at the bottom of the bowl. The leak coming out from the crack is what drew my attention to it. I have never heard of such a thing; I've had toilets in the past that lasted 30-plus years and NEVER cracked or broke. Because this toilet has a 12-month limited warranty and it broke within 2 months after that warranty expired, in a way I've never known a toilet to break, I CANNOT recommend this item to anyone.
