The image online doesn't give this vase justice. It's beautiful in real life. In person, it also appears much more silver than gold. You will want to note that it is not meant for fresh flowers or plants and will need a liner (not included) if you plan to fill it with actual water. The label on the bottom said it will not hold water without the liner. It looked great with the faux flowers I styled it with. It is a deceptively tall vase so I packed the bottom with different colored tissue paper since the stems I had were a little short. You can see through the vase a little so be aware of that if your tissue paper is of a bright color. I kind of liked the look of it though. You'll notice in my photo that you can see a little of the magenta and baby blue tissue paper that I used. Very classy. Looked great with my decor. Not too heavy. I styled it a couple different ways. It's very versatile. I highly recommend it. It would look great on a coffee table or ottoman atop a mirrored tray. Just pair it with something metallic or silver, a neutral colored book, a small votive candle holder and geode and voila, GORGEOUS! Love this glam piece of new home decor!
