Charges ...but
Solid, heavy for its size, seems well built. Plugged it in and it stays in the wall. It seems to work but my beef with it is that I don't get a fast charge indication from my phone even when using a cable that I know gives me fast charging capability. Having said that, I have not timed it or compared it to the fast charger I already have. If it actually puts out 2.4 volts for charging then you would think my phone would know that. After all, it is a smart phone:)
