Careless or Dishonest Seller.

This seller sold me a USED switch, trying to pass it off as new. It's not a big deal but the problem is that this dimmer did not function. It was basically an ON/OFF switch with no dimming functionality--probably because it was purchased by someone else, and returned, and they didn't bother testing to see what was wrong with it.
