Good to have always and take on the go
This right here is my go to I take them everywhere I go I am so thankful that I am still able to enjoy some of my favorite foods! The taste is t bad I actually like the vanilla one! I take them a few minutes before I do start to eat the food I know I am not supposed to to be eating!!

This product works!
These work amazing for those with lactose intolerance. No discomfort, no taste. Enjoy dairy especially ice cream and pizza with no bloating. As far as frequency, it must be taken with the first bite of any dairy. Lactaid also makes lactose free milk and ice cream, just as good as the "real" stuff. There's not texture, just a pill to swallow.

Great for lactose intolerance
As someone that's lactose intolerant, these pills are a game changer! They help me to be able to enjoy products with dairy and to not be worried about the after effects. The packaging is easy for transport/carrying with you. The only time I noticed a taste is if I don't sip my drink fast enough to take the pill.
