When hooked up to an amplifier that puts out 50 true watts they out perform 95% of factory speakers. They are louder and clearer than the higher end Subaru factory speakers. Don't just hook up to a head unit, they don't put out enough power (don't believe what they say the output wattage is).If you only want some very good sound than this is the way to go.
