Taking responsibility for my health
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taking responsibility for my health and recovery means taking care of my gut. My hip replacement surgeon will not point out the importance of gut health. The spine surgeon he referred me to will not ask about my gut health. The physical therapist never brought up my gut health. However, addressing my gut health, especially after traumatic surgery has made all the difference. Megafoods probiotics has been essential in getting me through a rough recovery and way too much pharmaceuticals. Thanks MegaFoods!
