Best Quality Probiotics!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed by these probiotics, they are Dr. formulated with a guaranteed 40 billion CFU. This has -4 probiotic strand, has pre & post probiotics, and has Ashwagandha for stress management and calming. It promotes regularity and definitely has helped me with my gut issues. I also, like the fact that I can take these with or without food, the recommended dosage is one capsule daily and even though I haven't been taking these for long, I can feel a difference in so many good ways and I plan on putting these on my permanent shopping list.

Great multi purpose supplement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garden of Life Digestive & Stress Daily Care probiotics is a great multi purpose supplement. It has pre, post, and pro biotics plus ashwagandha. I like that they are gluten free. It works well but the pills are plastic capsules and they are large and a bit hard to swallow for me.

The unique formula created with clinically studied probiotics and Ashwagandha, plus prebiotics and probiotics help support digestive and immune health, while also helping you remain calm, centered, and mentally energized. They contain 40 Billion CFU probiotics, and 14 strains that offer 3 times the action formula with pre, plus, & post plus pro_BIOTICS! The ingredients clinically have shown to support mood and relaxation, along with digestive and immune support that helps promote regularity, helps relieve occasional discomfort, and supports immune health. Emerging science suggests that post biotics, which is the metabolites of probiotics, play an essential role in our gut health. I love that it's NON-GMO Project Verified, NSF certified, Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, and comes in a shelf stable bottle. I have had a great experience using this product, as it has helped so much dealing with stress, and helps me to feel more mentally energized and centered.
