5 years of ownership later

I have had this bottle for 5 years. Within the first year I had an issue with the rubber ring in the cap getting moldy even after washing it. I contacted customer service and they were exteremely helpful and explained what was happening. They sent me a replacement top immediately and 4 years after that I have had no issues with this bottle. I have dropped it on more occasions than I can count and have left it in my car in 100+ degree weather and this bottle shows virtually no wear and tear. We loved it so much we bought 6 others. My family drinks a lottttt of water :) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
