It does a great job at detoxing I tend to have a lot of stomach issues this weird thing where I feel warmth and discomfort in my rib area pretty often trying to see a stomach specialist about when the meantime every time I've needed it it has came through for me. I'd recommend blending it with like a chocolate protein powder or juice. Taste might be discouraging for you as I wouldn't necessarily say it taste good but as long as you can blend it in and it can be masked. It's a great product. Maybe if I use it everyday I'll notice the other benefits/ it more heavily.
