Excellent!
I like the quality of this magnesium. The size of a package is for a month. I take it for improving my sleep. Two pills before going to bed. Also I increase a dose of Mag before my period and the first days of it. It helps me to avoid too much pain.

We ALL Need More Magenesium
contrary to what other reviews say, this is NOT a huge pill. It is medium-sized, and easy to swallow. Also, unlike other reviewers I did NOT find all the tablets broken. Everything was in excellent condition. This is a fine product which I recommend highly! Take 1-2 per day with meals.

Excellent!
The pill size is a little hard to swallow but other than that there is no taste like some other kinds of magnesium. This product has really helped me reduce my symptoms of stress, obviously the benefit I was after! This is the best quality product I've found for magnesium and will continue to order it!
