This bag was ordered in the largest size which will be perfect for a road trip. The bag is of the highest quality and materials. Well designed with an outside zippered pocket to hold quick access or dry items. The handle is adjustable and had a padded shoulder strap. It will be great to use in grocery shopping; for holding refrigeratorated items.

Quality insulated shoulder bag

I've had a similar bag for years that I've loved and until this unable to find one with a shoulder strap. Even if I don't carry the bag full on my arm, I find it helpful to carry it into the store this way. I've been duct taping an old similar bag where the fabric finally separated from the insulated a bit - though it still works and zipper closes. I still have a much smaller one. Still I wanted a new larger one. I don't recall checking the actual measurements on this bag, and went for the XL which it said holds 36 cans, I think, It is bigger than that. Bigger than I expected. Maybe they meant with ice added? I bought it mostly for grocery shopping. I can fit all or most of my groceries in this one bag - just have to watch how much weight I put in that I can lift it without a problem. I love that it has a big zip pocket in front to throw my wallet, phone and keys in to shop. Holds more than that. If using for the beach you could fit a lot of gear in it, and the insulation for cooling is sturdy and thick. I'm thinking about buying a 2nd smaller one.
