You get what you pay for, sometimes. I am surprised at what passes for furniture these days. The only function this sectional excels at is absorbing some sound so your room doesn't echo as much. Firm doesn't start to describe the cushions. Concrete would be a better description. If my doctor's office had this in the waiting room, I would change doctors. So why am I keeping it and giving 2 stars instead of 1? Because Walmart has that warrantee plan and I am betting this couch will not make the 3 years of coverage that I paid for.
