Not as advertised- cover only no pads

This is advertised as swing seat pads and there are no pads at all. It is simply a cheap waterproof cover for your swing that doesn't attach well at all. The images appear as if there is padding for the bottom of the swing, there is zero padding. This is falsely advertised. Very disappointed.
