Excellent!

I have arthritis and the inflammation is more acute during cold and/or rainy weather. I feel taking this supplement help to reduce inflammation and my arthritis pain is more manageable and I can move about more easily and my joints are not as stiff.

Black seed oil

Black seed oil is my all time favorite supplement as there as so many uses for this. This brand is now my favorite one. This product help to keep a healthy heart, healthy cholesterol, healthy hair and lower inflammation. No taste at all. If I take them on an empty stomach I can taste it a little if I burp.
