It's great to assist with nutritionally supplementation. It has a variety of infused veggies, fruits, probiotics and Vitamins. I have been a loyal buyer since 2012. One of my favorite supplements. They started out around 8$ per bottle now they are more expensive. I like them so much I'll still buy it for 20$ That's how much I like this brand. Then they added ashwaghanda.
