Pokemon Deluxe Essential Handbook

Great book and since it is about Pokemon both of my wonderful GRANDS loved it. I bought this for my grandson's 7th birthday, however, he had already received one in the mail from his fraternal grandmother(out of state) which he opened at the dinner party. When I said I would return it my granddaughter (age 10) said I would like one of those too Boppie. Without hestiataion I gave it to her as an early Thanksgiving present. They both share information and they love to read about the characters. It's a great book and gives the phonetic spelling for the chjaracter names which has helped both of them to pronounce the character names and enhances their spelling and reading skills. I also purchased the Pokemon Collector Set of 4 DVD's and when watching it with them, my granddaughter brought her book and we all looked at the characters, their name pronunciation and they both joined in to tell me about the characters in the movies. A great time for learning and sharing. It really encourages reading.

Excellent book for the pokemon enthusiasts. My 4 year old is captivated by it and wants to read it regularly. Very detailed and a great book for children of all ages.
