Definitely Not A 48 Count Pack

I bought these napkins for my son's birthday party and they are advertised to have 48 per pack but I received less than 10 napkins in the pack. For spending nearly 10$ and being told its a 48 count pack I kinda expected that there would be the right amount that I'm paying for.
