OK Filament Tape OK FilamentTape Dispenser

This filament tape dispenser is "fine", in that it gets the job done. However, it is a spruced-up version of one I already have and both the old and new one have one frustrating problem. If you don't use the cutter as flat as possible on the tape, it very often does not cut one or two filaments at the end of the cut. When that happens, the tape often twists over on itself as you are trying to get those last few filaments cut and then you have a mess which you have to cut the tape out of. It's not fatal, but it is very frustrating and wastes time.
