It does come with strong cords, mine is outdoors so I built a frame for it. Tip: when it pops just add strips of cloth or rags (like a punching bag) it will still work the same.

I purchased the double end bag last week and it arrives in ample time east set up but the cables were entirely way too long. I though it was maybe a defect so I contacted customer service and without hesitation the sent me another kit but the same thing occurred the bag was fine but the cables are way too long it heaves the bag at a small child's height. My future suggestion is to possibly sell this with an adjustable cable.
