The first one I ordered had a glitch with the charging system. I ordered a replacement and waited until I got it so I could back up my data from the first one. Sooo easy to setup. Basically just put the two close together and follow very simple instructions. Second one has no problems and I'm enjoying the heck out of it. It is the first edition air pad so no updates and not compatible with newer versions. I got it for kindle reading and streaming movies and it works perfectly for me.
