This Golden Mario stole my heart, I was pleased to have been able to order one during a sleepless night at 3:00 in the morning. Because it is gold, greed almost overtook me and I thought about letting my precious go for a higher price. But then sense took hold and I now hoard it with my other Amiibo's.

I bought this item for 2 reasons. I bought it for it's functionality, and I bought it for it's collectible nature. It is great on both parts. It unlocks functions in games which add to that experience, and it looks great on the shelf with the other amiibos. Anyone who is a fan of Mario and amiibos should get this.

You can't buy these things anywhere now! Play it with Mario Party 10. Package arrived in perfect condition. Amiibo figure not made with gold! (It says so in the fine print on the back of the box.)
